Upon arriving at the hotel, the clerk was very unfriendly. When we checked into our room, the room had an odor, the floors were unvaccuumed, the bathtub was filthy, mirrors were dirty, the walls looked as if someone urined or deficated on them, there was mold all around the ceilings, and the beds were not properly made. There was no breakfast lobby either. I asked for extra towels the same clerk that checked me in said he was unable to get any for me. I had 2 towels for 3 people to shower! One roll of TP for 4 days and it was dollar store brand. It was the worst experience I ever had. When asked if i could get a different room I was told no and when i asked if there was any other accommodations they could give me i was also told no. I would like to receive some type of refund for this horrible experience.
