"Die Lages des Hotels am Bahnhof Kanayama ist praktisch.
Das Hotel hat Zimmer zahlreicher Kategorien.
Wir hatten ein PREMIUMZIMMER reserviert, erhielten bei der Anreise aber ein Zimmer mit niedrigerem Standard, vermutlich ein Standardzimmer, mit deutlich kleinerer Raumgröße und abweichender, weniger Zimmerausstattung. Auf unsere Rückfrage und Beschwerde hin, gaben die Hotelangestellten unterschiedliche Begründungen zu dem Zimmer ab. So zum Beispiel "Die Premiumzimmer sind bei uns Standardzimmer.", "Da müssen Sie ein Executivezimmer bestellen.", "Vielleicht haben Sie das Zimmer zu spät reserviert.", "Die Möbel stehen in dem Zimmer anders. Deswegen wirkt es kleiner."
Faktisch hatte das Zimmer aber eine geringere Raumgröße und schlechtere Zimmerausstattung als ein Premiumzimmer. Auf unsere weitere Nachfrage hin, konnten wir nach einer Nacht in ein Premiumzimmer umziehen.
Das Hotel gestand keinen Fehler bei der Zimmerzuteilung ein und entschuldigte sich nicht. Auch wurde kein Ausgleich für unsere eine Übernachtung im Zimmer der niedrigeren Zimmerkategorie geleistet.
Zum Housekeeping und Management: Am Tag der Anreise befand sich in dem Standardzimmer im sauberen Geschirr noch schmutziges, weil schlecht gereinigtes Besteck, konkret 2 Stück Teelöffel. Im Premiumzimmer wurde an einem Tag vom Housekeeping die Bodenreinigung, d. h. das Staubsaugen, nicht ausgeführt."
