The 3 ½ holiday flat is located in a private three-family house. Access is via a spacious staircase or by lift. A spacious entrance area offers plenty of room and storage space. The new and modern kitchen is connected to the living/dining room in the conservatory area. There are two spacious bedrooms and a reading room with sleeping facilities. The shower with washbasin is separate from a separate WC with washbasin.
The holiday flat is ideal for 4 people. If required, two more people can sleep in the reading room and bedroom.

House and outside area
The house was extended and renovated in 2019 and is located on the edge of the village centre. The conservatory provides access to a small balcony with a view of the mountains. There is a lawn around the house that can be used. An uncovered car park is also available for guests.
Surroundings
Attinghausen is an ideal starting point for excursions and holidays. The Brüsti recreation area offers a variety of sporting and cultural activities for the whole family in summer and winter. The Brüsti is a snow-sure and inexpensive skiing area for the whole family.
The village of Attinghausen has a shop with bakery and several restaurants, all within a short walking distance.
The bus stop (Plätzli) is right next to the house. The bus takes you to the main railway station in Altdorf, which is two kilometres away. Attinghausen is located next to the motorway and railway line on the Gotthard route, which leads to Italy. From Altdorf you can reach Lucerne in 30 minutes by bus or train and Bellinzona in 35 minutes.
Attinghausen lies between Lake Lucerne and the Gotthard Pass. Lake Uri with its bathing beach and nature reserve is 3 kilometres away. Lake Uri is well known for surfing with the famous Föhn wind. The Andermatt, Stoss and Klewenalp-Stockhütte ski areas are just 30 minutes away for skiing, cross-country skiing or hiking. It is also the starting point for hiking, mountaineering, cycling or biking in the middle of the marvellous mountain world with many cable cars.
Child- and family-friendly environment: A public sports field is 200 metres from the flat. Children's playground within 10 minutes and the Vita Parcours within 15 minutes walking distance.
