Then an independent parental suite of 35m2 with bed in 180X200, a big room of bath, 1 TOILET, a dressing room of 8m2. On the ground floor you have a living room with fitted kitchen, a living room with 2 sofas and a large TV, a bathroom with Italian shower and 1WC independent. The bay window of the living room overlooks the terrace and pool. Always on the ground floor, a room with bed 160 and a room with 2 beds 90. All the bedding is new and quality. Each room is furnished with a large dressing room.
