The room was clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the room and bathroom were extremely dark and not enough lightly. The bathroom was unusually dark, I needed a flashlight to do my makeup.

There is only a small sandwich food place. No ice machines on each floor. You need to call and request ice and it took them more than 30 min. No water on the room not even for the coffee. The sheets were dirty. The valet parking they told me is a 7 min wait but it took them 40 min to get the car and by then my daughter tfar just have surgery miss her handicap gulf card to take her to her classes and finished up walking. I just can’t believe the price point for this hotel.

The property and room were beautifully decorated. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well appointed, with a couple of exceptions. The lighting in the room was extremely dark, and the bathroom had no hooks and almost no countertop space. But otherwise the room was excellent! We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again!

Absolutely phenomenal hotel. One the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. It was exceptionally clean, the staff was outstanding, and there were several great amenity options. The valet service was top notch as well.
