Such a fun stay at The Foothills Motel in Auburn! The room was clean, cozy, and newly renovated, and you can really feel the care and passion the owner has for this place. The decor and overall vibe totally took me back to the 1950s in the best way. I loved that it’s pet-friendly, and I am already planning to bring my dogs next time. A small dog run or off-leash area would be an awesome addition. One small note, we only had two towels in the bathroom, and a couple more would have been nice, but it definitely did not change my experience or opinion of this great little motel. The fire pits are such a cool touch! It was raining during our stay, so I did not even ask about using them, but I am really excited to try them next time. This is a gem that I want to keep a secret from the world because I know once word gets out about how great it is, it might be hard to get a room! I am very thankful for such a cozy, welcoming stay and cannot wait to come back again!

it seems to be recently renovated motel, it looks "classic", but the rooms are brand new, very clean etc; conveniently located near Auburn dountown (and on the top of the hill, so you even have a view, if it's a thing). No issues with check-in/out

Very friendly front staff. Hotel room was clean, bed was so comfy, love the retro look. Bowling alley was very fun, conveniently located, great for either single people or groups with kids. Definitely will come back.
