Room was kept very clean and we got clean towels every day. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Room contained everything we needed. Air conditioning worked well with low noise. A couple of areas need updating. Location was good to catch the green bus into the centre

The hotel and room are dated but were presented extremely well. A great price for such a great location. Free parking in Ponsonby was fantastic, parked up and headed out for dinner and drinks. We will definitely stay here again.
