Great friendly customer service, very accommodating with our extremely late check in and allowed us to check out late too. The room is very newly renovated with all the amenities needed. Comfortable beds and warm room. Would definitely recommend Albany Oak.

Our room appeared to have been recently renovated and was very clean although there was a musty smell in the bathroom. Very quiet location and about a 3 minute drive / 15 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Front desk is only staffed on very limited hours. Overall provides good value but is nothing special.

Room exceeded our expectations. Lovely and spacious. Clean and updated (photos on Expedia must be old bc the interiors are modern). Lovely customer service. Great location (close to Albany mall, cafes, restaurants and kid’s activities). Such great value for money. We’ll definitely be back.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. There is a lovely bush walk just down the road. Then after that is Albany Westfield with loads of shopping and food choices.
