It was a great comfortable stay on the whole. Nice friendly staff at the lobby. Easy seamless check in and check out. The room was quite small, but of a pain sitting on the floor to do work. The fan in the bathroom was really loud and annoying every time you put the bathroom light on. I'm all for sustainability but it would have been nice to have the milk topped up. The bed was really comfy and nice firm pillows. I slept pretty well. Good location for where I needed to be and close to food places

The toilet could only be flushed about every 15-20 minutes at sometimes longer wait times apparently due to the low pressure to the property. Air Conditioning does now work, TV didn’t work. When I complained to reception I was pretty much told the place is falling down and it’s very unlikely the TV or aircon would ever be fixed as there’s too many things wrong with the property to ever get around to those tasks. We have stayed before and will likely stay again however work would be done to expedite some of the issues and having worked in a hotel before it’s not difficult to keep up maintenance.

Excellent Value & Great Staff

Well situated for the top end of town. Good size and very clean rooms. Staff were great, nothing was too hard for them, they just kept smiling. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. 😀

Room was quite tired but relative to price. Light bulbs exposed as light fitting missing behind the bed. Rubbbish on floor next to the bed. 4 bottles of body wash on wall in bathroom but all empty. Sink could not be filled. Only 1 coffee cup although room was booked for 2 guests. Front desk was not interested in feedback.
