Superb location

Lovely room. Amazing location as Viaduct Basin was outside the rear entrance. Good clean room but a little maintenance could be done to the leaky toilet. Directions could have been better communicated as the Apartment was located within the Sebel Hotel. Very difficult to find if not aware.

Great location very close to cruise piers.

Arrived Aukland by Cruise ship. Off loaded the ship mid morning but room key not available until after 1430. We were able to drop our bags at the office and came back hours later to get the key for our room. Hotel was only about 5-7 minute walk from the pier. Only 1/2 block from the "Hop On Hop Off" tour bus stop. Very picturesque area. Museum, shopping, restaurants and bars all within couple of 100 meters. Queen street major shopping about seven minute walk. Sky Tower 10 minute walk. Very reasonably priced compared with area "regular" hotel. Also, with kitchenette and laundry (at least in our unit), saved us a lot of money by eating our breakfasts and one dinner in the room. Access to all of Auckland's ferries was also 5-7 minute walk

good location

Good location and facility (kitchen, washing machine and dryer), just inconvenience getting a room key. You need to visit an office where 10-15 min walk from hotel. There were also used towels and someone's socks left.

夕方の到着だったため、事前のアドバイスに従い、タクシーをキーロッカーに向かわせ、鍵を受領して、指定の場所に到着。　普通のビルの受付があり、一瞬戸惑ったが、事前のアドバイスに従い、指定の部屋に入室。　部屋は、正にワンルームマンション。　什器、風呂は、想像以上。
