A quick one night getaway to attend a concert at Spark Arena. Nice and comfortable. Quiet. Only downside was shower drain was slow to dissipate while in use.

The check in process was great however the location made the place hard to sleep in. It was also a huge security privacy risk as reception decided to let someone who claimed to know us into our room without any prior warning! Extremely unsafe to just let someone who claimed to know us into our private room with no phone call to me. Reception stated they were “convincing” and needed to collect something from my partner. This was a huge let down unfortunately reception don’t understand how unsafe this is!

The hotel is great, the house keeping was off, they just replaced the towels. No more coffee, no more milk, nothing but towels and they left a dirty wash cloth in the sink
