I ended up having to move rooms because the room I was in was ridiculously noisy. But staff had no issue with changing my room. Please note the windows are not double glazed so quite noisy on a Saturday night. The room was beautifully presented and very comfortable.

Room floors we not cleaned very well. Fitness Centre floor and equipment was very unclean. No cleaning wipes for the equipment there even though I asked for some. TV there also never worked and nobody knew how to fix it. Breakfast was great. Fine property and great staff just needs more TLC.

The staff were friendly and they upgraded us upon arrival to a suite. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bathroom needed attention as it was a bit run down. The Breakfast buffet was not worth it. As their options were mistly cold ceral and yoghurt. It did have a pancake machine but for the money would have gone further at a local cafe.

We paid for buffet breakfast with the booking but given continental breakfast. We requested for late checkout to 11am. 9:50am we have been locked out. We have to cue for toilet roll at the reception as no room service. We are very disappointed. The receptionist cannot be reached when trying to organise the parking and time of arrival . We ask for invoice for our company we are referred to last minute to sort out. With a little training and communication these things can e rectified
