Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing was clean. When I arrived, which was after hours, I noticed there was black mold growing in the air conditioner. I told the front desk staff the next morning and the housekeeping staff when they came around the next day. Nothing was done for the entire week I was staying there. I have filed a complaint with the Auckland council for unsanitary conditions. Additionally, I was told 5 days in to my 7 day stay that I would need to check out earlier than I was originally told because of a staff appreciation event. I'm all for the event and appreciating the staff for their work, but how is that not something communicated at the time of booking? Stay anywhere else and you'll have a much better time.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was clean, had a washer and dryer in suite, free tea and coffee, a kitchenette, and a good location. I arrived super early and was able to leave my luggage, and check me in a bit before the official check in time, which was really appreciated after a super long flight. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and well equipped. Ice in the freezer for a cold drink was an appreciated touch after a long days travel. The view from the balcony overlooking Myers Park was very nice. Staff were friendly. This is the perect spot if hoing to a show at the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Comedy Club or the Civic. Lots of dining options close by too

The Quest Auckland is a pleasant looking building conveniently placed close to entertainment venues, shops and restaurants. The room was nice, spacious with a small balcony.
