Staff was supportive however when we checked in it was very cosy and small room. I want to say worst than standard room what other 4 stars hotels offer. Also worst breakfast experience. We didnt end up having breakfast for 4 days of my stay. We couldn't even get compensated for that offered anything else. Please let us know which morning continental breakfast doesnt offer any short of coffee. All coffee is cahrgable at cafe and it was expensive. I wouldn't recommend this hotel stay for family.

The room was very clean. It is near many things for families to do - water park, amusement park, shopping, etc. It was about a $47 NZ uber ride to downtown for 4 of us. We had a top floor suite with 2 separate rooms. They didn't have 24 hour desk service, but I found the check in process to be easy even though we didn't check in until about 2 a.m. due to flight issues. The next day they accomodated us with a late check out of noon and allowed us to store luggage until our flight out later in the day.

Locatiom was great & room was spacious and clean. The breakfast on the other hand was a total let down-the buffet was very tacky and and not replenished in the 30mins we were there & the indian waitress seemed like shed rather be somewhere else.

Good amenities and clean room. Regretfully no hair dryer in bathroom and it took a while before one was provided. Handy location within walking distance to shopping mall and eateries. Onsite parking is also an advantage.
