I booked this hotel for my parents to celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary. They were overwhelmed with everything about their stay, from the early room access, the friendly and attentive staff, the beautiful room (and thoughtful gift they received in it), and the food at several of the Sky City restaurants including the buffet breakfast. Thank you for making their stay so memorable.

The people in the next room were so noisy, and had been drinking heaps. My elderly wife and myself felt very unsafe at night, as our room had a connecting door to the noisy room I could not hear the TV at times due to the behavior of the next room. Won't be coming back as the stay was for a special occasion for us both.

This was a great hotel. If I get the chance to come back to Auckland, I will certainly re-book with this hotel again. The room I was in was extremely nice as well as the hotel itself. It was in an extremely convenient location in Auckland and easy to be picked up and spotted by Ubers. There were so many dining options around the area.
