Staff were good, no problems with check in or check out. Our room was great - a good size, and was clean and tidy. Didn't expect all the kitchen, which was a bonus even though only used the fridge and jug. Loved the location and would stay here again.

Checking in, we encountered lack of customer service from the young gentleman who served us . We felt we weren’t welcomed into the hotel, Instead of checking the system properly . He had given us one key for one room when I had booked 2. The second room is gave us Room 705 . There were so many issues with this room, including the broken AC I had complained to the receptionists thrice about this issue & I was not given another room yet any further support other than the words “I’ll reset the AC” knowing it wasn’t working at all from the time we checked in (3pm Saturday) to the time we checked out (10am Sunday). I was finding it very hard to sleep knowing there were no air circulation, very hot and stuffy in the rooms without the AC . Our toilet paper holder was no where to be found, we had toilet paper just sitting on the toilet & the room smelt like pure chlorine it gave my sister a migraine . No further action was provided to these complaints .
