Prestigious accommodation in a beautiful hamlet in course of complete renovation, with pool within walking distance, close to 50 hectares of woodland among the hills of Lunigiana and views of the Apuan Alps. The finishes are prestigious. Particular regard to energy saving.
Composed of a living room with fireplace stove, a kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The apartment is 90sqm. The marble interiors and the excellent insulation make the presence of the air conditioner unnecessary. Underfloor heating on the entire walkable surface.
Exclusive use:
Entire apartment, private sunbeds pool and private parking.
Shared use:
Square, shared garden, swimming pool, berbecue.
