Bonjour Merci pour votre retour. Je vous confirme notre promesse ! Mais cela venait certainement de l'installation dans la chambre quand il y a un manque de respect et que le client touche à tous les boutons. Ou bien quand le client laisse porte ou fenêtre ouverte.. Cela ne peut pas fonctionner car il y a des relais. Et nous avons été au courant qu'à la fin du séjour.

Grand besoin de rénovation !

Si le personnel est aimable en revanche les proprio devraient procéder à un grand coup de rénovation. Hôtel vétuste, j'ai passé 3 jours à me geler en plein mois d'août. Déjà que le temps était morose dehors à l'intérieur impossible de mettre un peu de chauffage. Les joints de la douche sont à moitié noir, le carrelage usé par le temps et la plomberie posé de travers (c'est très original). C'est aussi peu pratique pour se la ver les mains. Les proprio devaient me contacter pour changer de chambre...j'attends toujours de leur nouvelles. Impossible aussi de changer d'hôtel puisque ébooker ne souhaite pas annuler le reste du séjour (et oui une fois qu'il est payé en totalité c'est plus facile de dire au client que c'est pas possible et qu'il doit rester malgré les mauvaises condition d'hébergement). J'aurai du passer par booking.
