The experience was overall nice. We experienced some issues with the wifi working efficiently. Could have used more towels for the stay. It was good for the purpose of our trip. We would visit again Would
This place was great! Access to pool and gym. 27th floor view overlooking the city of Austin. Very clean and professional. Coffee shop in the lobby. Highly recommend.
This place was a great find!! Absolutely gorgeous view of the city and the location was very centralized to everywhere we wanted to visit. This spot backs up to Rainey street and is just a few minutes away from 6th street!! The place was clean and had all the essentials. Definitely would recommend
Exactly as advertised, only better. Everything was perfect; high end finishes, check in super easy, super comfortable and GREAT Location. And all that pales when you take into account the view from your private Balcony, sipping coffee in the morning. HIGHLY Recommend. We would not stay anywhere else in Austin. And choose this High Floor Corner Unit.....you will not be disappointed!
It was a group of 6 of us, average age mid 40âs, which meant we needed to use the sleeper sofa. Holy rock paper scissor battle royal to decide who slept on that âbedâ of springsâŠIt was TERRIBLE. Thankfully I came up with the idea to put all of the couch cushions underneath the mattress and use every decorative throw pillow to fill in the holes or they would have been miserable. They also didnât have a top sheet or queen size blankets for the sleeper sofa and only one pillow was in the bag of bedding. I went downstairs and thankfully they were able to get us a top sheet and a mattress pad to use as a blanket and I was fine giving up a pillow off the master bed. The master bedroom was great except the bed frame is a killer. One girl would have probably broker her toe had she not had a shoe on when she hit the corner and the two of us that stayed in the master bedroom both knocked our shins on the base frame..sucker is a killer. The base of the master bed sticks out like 4 inches and is a square with sharp corners with not much room to walk around. At the end of our stay we didnât find any instructions for how they wanted the place left so we piled the towels by the washer, took out the trash, washed the dishes and put the couch back the way it was. It was also nice that they gave us extra towels when we I asked for additional bedding since there were 6 of us. The view is fantastic!
The property was clean and well-furnished. The downstairs bar was very nice and convenient. Several excellent restaurants were within walking distance. The only downside was that on our check-out day there were no available carts and we had to make many trips to our car.
Place was exactly as posted. Lacked the a few things such as salt and pepper for cooking, Kleenex, etc. didnât care for the outside surrounding noise. Plan on waking up when the traffic starts!
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Was very close to Rainey Street and in walking distance to Sixth Street and Congress. Check in was easy. Checkout was a little early at 10am, however. Kitchen was well stocked. Coffee was provided. Great views of the lake! Would stay again!!
We really enjoyed our stay for Christmas with our kids. Arriving was a bit strained with no parking out front dedicated to unloading. We brought in lots of groceries and Christmas gifts along with our luggage so it was a bit of an ordeal to get into the building. Once weâre in, the apartment was perfect for us. It was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable bedsâexcept the sofa bed which is never comfortable. We cooked gourmet meals with only a few added kitchen items. All in all, we had a lovely time. The building as a whole has great amenities and is very clean all around. My final criticism is the parking. You can only access the garage through a valet and it is excessive in my opinion at $40/ day. We live in Austin so this was a staycation. I plan to stay here again but without a vehicle.
