Rooms are smaaaall, as economy cruise ship small. Beds are hard. No top sheets. No wash cloths in the room. I requested to change rooms… not possible. I requested to cancel my additional 2 nights and they had no problem with that. “Weird” approach to customer service

The staff at the check-in table were great, but the rest of the experience at this hotel feels like half the room and amenities for full price. Even the nice rooftop bar/pool was cramped.

Customer service: good luck reaching someone on the phone. We called and asked to be transferred to the front desk to see if we could check in early and we’re on hold for 15 minutes. When we arrived, we asked if we could check in 45 minutes early. There are kiosks where you self check-in and I started the process while my husband was asking about an early check-in. The customer service representative said that they could not check anyone in early so I stopped my online check-in apparently I’ve already gone too far and while she told us, there were no rooms available the online check-in had told me the room was available. The front desk rep was rude an annoyed with me saying “I guess you just went ahead and got yourself a room.” Parking; no parking on premise. Understandable as it’s downtown. We parked one block away. $52 for the 20 hours. No in and out privileges. Rooms: clean and efficient but tiny. My rooms have been significantly bigger on every cruise I’ve taken. We had a king but it was against the window so the only way to get in our out was to crawl over my husband. Rooftop bar: tried to access it but it was closed at 8:30 PM. Apparently seasonable. Loved the location and convenience but not a great hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Austin. I was able to walk to the Capital, Paramount Theatre, Austin Visitor Center, and restaurants. The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is modern and everything in the room is controlled by the IPAD. The decor in the lobby is colorful, vibrant and inviting. The hotel has a microwave in the dining area of the hotel and a small refrigerator in the rooms. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Room was very small. The bathroom was very small. Bathroom did not have enough towels. The area was very noisy. The hotel did not have parking. Parking was a block away. Bathroom sink was very small and in the hallway. Stay was very uncomfortable.

The rooms are tiny. The tech is good in concept but everything is controlled by an iPad that kept hanging and we had to call the front desk multiple times. There was also dripping water for most of our stay - the front desk was clearly giving people the runaround as they were just saying they’d provide towels to put on the floor. Ridiculous attitude and a definite AVOID!
Towels for the leak from the roof - luckily we had our laptop bags away from the area
Tiny claustrophobic shoebox that is very overpriced- lots of other better options in the downtown area
