We had to check out. The room smelled horrible. Some bad smell that someone had tried to cover up with an excessive chemical smell We checked out and left. My wife thought she had left her car key in the room and so I went to the desk to ask if they could let me back in to look. They did, and someone had placed two carpet drying fans in the room. In other words, the housekeeping staf knew the carpet had some nasty, undried, spill on it and had cleared the room for customer use, anyway.

Rooms were clean. Our air conditioning wasn't working. Maintenance was there to fix it in less than 5 minutes. All the staff, especially the front desk staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Excellent stay

The fact i had a dog barking next to my room and people being loud until 3am is absolutely unacceptable oh yeah and being woken up by the fire alarms is completely garbage. Since i know i won’t get a refund I’m gonna make sure 10k+ of my followers know not to step foot into this hotel.. haha horrible experience!!!! Should be ashamed. Few bad for the owner.
