Perfect Stay in Austin!Our stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The host was exceptional—communication was flawless, timely, and thoughtful throughout. Great spot close to Downtown Austin

This property was a fantastic home base for a guys trip to Austin. Very close to 6th street, Franklin's BBQ and steps away from a food truck park. The communication with the host was always pleasant and they gave so many great tips on fun things to do. The property itself was very well kept and clean. Definately reccomend this place! Cant say enough about how nice it was. 5 stars all the way.

This home is truly a hidden gem! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable and was in a great location. We enjoyed the roof top patio and the view of Austin at night. The swim spa was also very relaxing. The home was walking distance to Franklins BBQ, (which is fabulous), as well as some really great brunch restaurants. The area is quiet yet you are minutes to downtown. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay in this home when we return to Austin to visit. Wenjie (the host) is amazing. She was very responsive and provided information on activities for families, restaurants, attractions, etc
 the welcome drinks and snacks were also a very nice touch. Highly recommend this home if you plan a trip to Austin!

Great house - even better host

Wenjie was great and loved the house. It is big and well laid out exactly as shown online. Nice neighborhood with trees, birds et al but still close to cool areas. Can’t say enough about the setup, communication and experience.Well done Wenjie!

Amazing spot!

We felt like this was a perfect hidden gym as a sanctuary away from the madness of SXSW! The space did have a limit on the amount of people we could have visit at one time, but for us to be honest, that was a blessing! It’s definitely not a party house, but we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and would definitely consider This space again!

Perfect for our family of 6

Perfect house for our stay. This was our first trip to Austin, it was overwhelming to decide where to stay. This house was in a great location, easy access to every area we wanted to visit. The food truck park across the street was nice to have for late night snacking. We used the rooftop patio daily and the hot tub was in perfect working condition and clean. Our host Wenjie had the house thoughtfully stocked with essentials and some snacks and beverages so we didn't need to run to the grocery store as soon as we arrived. There was even a birthday cake in the fridge for our son who was turning 21. We have stayed in dozens of vacation rentals and this was the best experience I've had with a host. Very responsive, easy instructions and gracious. Getting around: We thought we would walk to most areas of downtown but found it was just as easy to drive to our destination and find parking on the street. (Which was never a problem) Neighborhood: Was quiet and easy to get to. Grocery stores and a Target not too far away. Close to some night spots we wanted to visit. Food truck park right out the back door, never loud and super fun. House: Very clean and nicely stocked. Loved the roof top patio! Very clean and great views. We used the hot tub which was in perfect condition. Everything worked in the house, lots of seating in the living area. Comfortable to hang out in. Recommend to anyone staying in the downtown area of Austin!

Long weekend in Austin

While visiting our Longhorn for his birthday we stayed at this charming house. This was our second stay. We love the hot tub spa and the garden was heavily used. Right next door is an amazing food truck area that we went to several times. For our purposes, this house is in the best location close to UT, amazing restaurants, the airport, and super easy access to highway 35.

Daughter 40th birthday trip

This property was wonderful! Wenjie was a delight to have as a host! It was very cute and clean. The home had all the amenities we needed, including a bottle of champagne to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! Our weather was a bit cold and the spa swim tub was perfect. Don’t miss out on this gem!💎

First I have to say that I wish I knew Wenjie personally because she is about the kindest person I have ever interacted with and completely deserves recognition as Super Host because our stay was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. The house was perfect for us, was very well stocked including wonderful delights the host left for us upon arrival. The location was awesome as we could walk to many places downtown and it is in a very safe area. We so enjoyed the enormous hot tub for our family of 6. The food truck park just feet away was such a treat with many different origins of cuisine and all delicious. Highly recommend this home and will hopefully be able to return here in the near future. We had a wonderful time in the festive town of Austin

Great house, great location, great host

So glad we booked this place as our home base to explore Austin for the first time. Firstly, the house is awesome -- 3 bed, 2.5 bath, small yard with swim spa, middle deck with shaded seating, and a circular staircase up to the roof deck. The house was very clean and had everything we could need (and some extra surprises we didn't expect). Our host proactively provided all the information we would need including a ton of recommendations, and they were responsive to every question we had. The location was great and walkable to a food truck park, many awesome restaurants, and other areas of Austin we wanted to check out. Highlights (besides the house): Paperboy (restaurant), Zilker Brewing Co., Zilker Park, Butler Pitch & Putt, cruising on Lime scooters, Cooper's Old Time BBQ, Hold Out Brewery, Barton Springs, and the river trail

We enjoyed staying at this VRBO for our weekend at the game. Wenjie was an excellent host and the house was very convenient for our stay. The street tacos at the food court close to the house were excellent. Nice restaurants within a short walk of the house were very good. Definitely give this one 5 stars!

Texas vacation - music fest!

We are from Alaska and were attempting to escape October rains for a sunny Texas vacation. We'd never explored this part of the US before either! We lucked out with tickets to the Austin City Limits festival and this property was perfect for us! Communication from the host was great, with super helpful information. Also, take their recommendations too! We tried some recommended restaurants and were so happy we did! It was a fully stocked, clean and comfortable home. The roof deck was a delight! The location is super convenient to everything you might want to explore and felt super safe and easy. Our recommendation is to follow the directions to the get to the property to the letter, it'll be easy to find. We stayed in three different rentals during our Texas exploration and this was by far the easiest, most welcoming, comfortable and fun. Plus, there were cold beers in the fridge when we arrived and after a very long day of travel there were so so welcome <3

Perfect place in Austin!

This property was so perfectly located. Having the food truck lot right behind the house was so convenient and my teens loved having it nearby. We felt safe and it was super easy to get to congress and all you want to do, see and eat in Austin! The backyard even in August was a great feature and the huge umbrella helped us enjoy the outdoor space. We would absolutely stay here again!
