My room was cosmetically outdated. Broken this and that in the room. We were met with a pile of trash at the door before we entered our room. However, the staff were very friendly.

Had reservations for 3 nights this past weekend. As soon as we walked in took smelled so bad! It smelled musty, mildew like mold. Stuck it out for that night since it was late but the next day went to front desk to see if they can change us rooms and they had nothing available. Then came back the next day and a different girl was at the front told her our situation and that it wasn’t safe to be in a room that smells like mold and she told “you can’t just suck it up” she was so rude wish I would of catched her name. They did end up changing us rooms but they shouldn’t be putting other people in that room until they know it’s safe! Mold exposure can be very serious! So now I’m hoping I don’t get sick from that! Mold exposure can take up to a week to show symptoms:

Very noisy hotel due to noisy roads outside and fascination with bean can exhausts on most cars. Lovely staff. Room lovely but lifts could do with renovation/ update. Great access to COTA.

The place needs some real TLC. The paint is coming off on certain areas and curtains and chairs are tearing up. If it wasn’t because of a big race weekend and sold out hotels everywhere I would’ve left this place
