We had a great stay overall! The location is excellent and very convenient for getting to Rainey Street, 6th Street, and other downtown areas. The space matched the listing in terms of layout, furniture, and appliances, and check-in was easy.The home has been remodeled and the interior design is nice, though the house itself still has some older elements (baseboards, caulking, etc.), so it feels more like an updated older home rather than a completely new or modern build as the photos might suggest.We did see a couple fire ants and a small bug near the sink during our stay, which may just be normal for the area but worth noting. Also, there weren’t any extra blankets available, which would have been a nice addition.The yard is great and would be especially nice for anyone traveling with dogs.Overall it was a comfortable stay and the location is definitely a highlight. We would consider booking again.

The host answered all questions and things were as described. I was surprised there wasn’t a top sheet on the bed but that seems to be the current trend. By the way, the kitchen faucet is very loose— not leaking fortunately but it needs some attention.

The location of this house was awesome! We could walk to so many restaurants and the lake. Checkin was a breeze and host was super responsive. The house itself was a little different than expected, mostly because it’s more like a manufactured home/trailer with some add-ons than we had envisioned. There were five of us, supposed to be six but one couldn’t join last minute. I don’t think there would have been enough indoor seating for six. Bedrooms are small but fine. Primary bathroom was very nice and large. The backyard has a lot of potential but the large table and chairs were very dirty (just need a power wash maybe) so we couldn’t use them, and the yard is mostly fallen leaves/dirt/weeds. Overall, good place in a great location for a good price. Thank you!

Was very pleased with our stay here. The proximity to Lady Bird and downtown was excellent. Cute house, did not skimp on pillows & beds-so comfortable! Great backyard space with guests needs in mind. Didn't have any issues with the property and the communication was very clear and included all the necessary info. Saved for future visits.
