The views from the pool are spectacular. I could hear the birds all around and listen to the wind through the trees while relaxing in the hot tub with my morning coffee. The home was furnished with all the essentials in the kitchen and throughout. There are lots of pool towels and floaties (bring a pump). The beds were all very comfortable. All of the bedrooms and large common area are perfect for a large family of 12 gathering. The kids spent most of their time in the pool and with the layout of the living room and kitchen windows, you can see the pool from inside. Deer frequent the area, as well as neighbors on their ATVs and golf carts. The road runs in front of the property, but the pool is elevated enough I wasn’t bothered by the traffic. There wasn’t much of it anyway being a residential road in a small town. We were able to get Uber Eats when we wanted, and there are restaurants in town that deliver. Down the road towards town, there’s a gas station and a donut shop that has fantastic fresh donuts and breakfast kolaches. The grocery store in town was convenient. The Taco Bar was a great stop too. The lake was a short walk from the property. We noticed several people fishing off the shore. The host was very responsive to our needs. He was easy to get in touch with.

Best place to stay for hill country wedding

My niece got married and all 11 of us were able to stay together for the weekend. Despite the rain, the house was amazing. We could sit under the covered patio, there were plenty of games to play and the house was big enough that we all had space. We me of the most well-stocked houses we’ve stayed at. Nice view of the lake! Would definitely recommend.

This house is awesome. Big, clean, comfortable, relaxing. The pool and patio is also awesome. Gorgeous setting too overlooking Lake Travis. We also enjoyed playing pickeball on the sport court. We all had a ton of fun. We also rented a pontoon boat one day from a local marina and took the kids tubing. The house and location had everything we needed and more. There’s also deer roaming around which was fun to see.

Beautiful and peaceful!

This is a beautiful and very welcoming property with many amenities to make the stay very enjoyable! The pool, hot tub, log fireplace is well kept and a beautiful atmosphere! Also a basketball and Pickleball court in the backyard With all the supplies needed. We were also welcome by some fun in the backyard. Seeing the lake from the patio and infinity pool was also breathtaking! Thank you for such an amazing stay. Will definitely book again! in the future!

Spring Break in Austin for the Solar Eclipse

We had a wonderful stay and the grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The home was so confortable and clean. The owners did a good job having so many things available to us and Seth was so responsive.Enjoyed our day on Lake Travis. It was quite far from downtown Austin.

THE MOST AMAZING AUSTINTATIOUS STAY!

We loved this property from the moment we drove up to its hillside oasis. It is charming, chic and so comfortable for large groups. Each of the 5 sizeable rooms has a unique flare but the absolute best parts of the house are the outdoors - 1) huge forested backyard to explore and see so many deer come and graze every morning (so fun for the kids to witness), 2) great basketball/pickleball court to get a workout in, 3) firepit and well-stocked logs next to a sizeable driveway and the best for last- 4) heated pool/spa in front overlooking the Lake with pool entertainment. We loved that the home is a ranch and all the bedrooms are on one floor, which is easier for all ages. Also, since the pool is in front (kitchen windows face it), adults can easily cook or hang out indoor while watching the kids play outside. We felt everything including linens, toiletries, amenities and cooking supplies were in top condition and easy to use. We are so grateful that the home owners dropped off additional basketballs and footballs for our kids (and adults) to play on their full size court (pickleball equipment was already in stock as was all kinds of pool toys/floats)! You can tell that the home owners love this home and take a great deal of care in hosting guests, in addition to it being property managed. The manager, Seth, is very responsive and kind as well - we had a lot of questions going in! Evolve didn't do much, but they did handle the transactions.

A wonderful family gathering in a beatiful Lake Travis setting.

This is a beautiful house furnished and decorated to perfection. My stay included my Brother and wife visiting from England, together with my Daughters family including two Granddaughters.This accommodation provided all I hoped for as a great Get-away within easy reach of Austin.

Annual Golf Trip

Eight of our close friends do an annual golf trip, and this year we chose Austin. We found a house in Lago, Vista, and all the reviews were so strong that I knew was gonna be the perfect house for us. Seth Hudson, and the team at Evolve, were so involved and helpful in the process that it made the trip even more enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this house for any type of group who wants to Visit Austin and stay in a beautiful place, beautiful property, beautiful pool, etc. If there was an option to give more than five stars, I certainly would.

Beautiful Property

Truly beautiful! Great location. Quiet area but close enough to store and restaurants. The house was amazing and stocked with everything need to make the stay comfortable. The pool and view of the lake was beautiful! We really enjoyed the radio system throughout the house. The deer would walk up to the property and we even got to pet one. Will definitely choose this property again for our next Lake Travis trip! And also recommend to friends and family! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Rejuvenation

Great, clean property. Pool, grill and court area was very nice and relaxing. Magnificent space and view. Three rooms on one end of house. The master and another room on the other end. Our family of 18 fit nicely. I didn't realize Cody Park needed access with vehicle sticker and key card, reached out to management and we had prompt access. We visited the playground and walked to look at the water. Parents in their late 70s did not have any problem with the stairs. We did move a motion nightlight from a bedroom to hallway to remind us of the two inside stairs. It is a beautiful property inside and out. Highly recommend it.

Perfect place in a perfect location.

We can’t say enough good things about this property. It was just as advertised and was everything my family needed. The location is absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views of the lake. The house was immaculate and very well furnished with anything you could possibly need. It was also very spacious for our large family and the perfect place for entertaining. Our property manager was the best and answered any question we had very quickly! Additionally, we enjoyed several of the restaurants in the area including The Lucky Rabbit and the Baker’s Brisket Co food truck. They both had excellent food! We will definitely be booking another stay in the near future!

Amazing Property!

This was a girls getaway weekend and this location was beautiful! The house was perfect with comfortable beds and plenty of room for our whole party. We had a little trouble getting in at first but the property manager was quick to respond and clarify our mistake. The patio, pool and seating was great! We would love to use this property again for a stay in the future!
