Great place to stay

You’ve got your own sanctuary high in the sky. Only problem is the things you left down below. I would just emphasize that you take advantage of the valet parking for 40 a night if you’re already spending this much. My truck overstayed a half hour in a paid parking lot down below, and it cost me 130 and an hour of my life, waiting for somebody to come take off the boot

Beautiful Spot!

Was recently in ATX to ring in the new year. Stayed at this beautiful riverside condo with spectacular views, great amenities, easy access to the hot spots in the city. I could not be more impressed with my host Bre's attention to detail not only in her condo but also in our communication. She responds right away and answers any question you may have. Austin Visit

Great spacious corner unit with an amazing view and balcony. Very close to river paths and downtown. The on-premise coffee shop/bar was also very convenient with a nice selection - the Meanwhile IPA is my new favorite (non-Oregon) IPA!

Great Condo in Downtown

This is a great condo! Love the convenience of walking to great food places. You can walk or run along the lake in the morning. Host provided easy instructions for entry and leaving. Would love to bring book again.

Spent a week in Austin on business. The location is perfect for going both north and south in Austin or walk downtown. The unit is really nice with great views and nice decorative touches. It also has a small desk with plugs and an office chair that was nice to do work on my computer.

Very nice condo! Must stay!

Only negative was it was an 18 minute walk to the Austin Convention Center and the ad says 9 minute walk. So, i took cabs, but other than that, this place was amazing. The owner was very helpful. I did not mind the cabs, it was very humid, anyway. So, even 9 minute walk would have been a cab or uber. The view is amazing. I did not knock any points. It was very nice! Thank you, Bre!

really nice stay

I selected this apartment from the others available in this building for the view. The double-window wall is great! You are facing another building on one side, but it's far enough away that you can see past it to the water even on that side. The pool is nice and the folks at the valet and front desk are helpful. I love that the apartment has a real desk with a real office chair, too. The bed is comfortable and I found the room stays fairly dark for while even after sunup, which is nice if you want to sleep in a bit. (Thanks, building next door!)

Great Location and Fun Vibe

My son and I stayed here on a visit to see my daughter. The place was perfect with a pull out couch bed. The unit is very clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Getaway

The condo provided the perfect spot for a getaway. The living room and kitchen were very spacious and the bedroom was very comfortable. The condo building itself has a fantastic heated pool area, a fully equipped gym and a coffee shop / bar on the main floor. The condo location was perfect for us. We enjoyed runs on the Lady Bird lake trail, Food/Drinks on nearby Rainey street and comedy/live music on 6th Street.

First Trip to Austin

The location is super convenient to all things Austin. The space was quiet with great views. Clean and comfortable condo. Our host was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. Would recommend and stay again!
