The place was cute. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices, etc. cleanliness was reasonable, but not immaculate. The master shower appeared clean but smelled like mildew. Before I checked in, the manager let me know that a plumber would be coming that night to fix the downstairs toilet. In our 3 day stay, he never showed. These things happen, I don't blame the property, but, we had to go upstairs to use the bathroom. The front door lock is horrible. The 7 digit code is difficult to put in before timing out. Every time we entered the property, we ended up going to the back door, which seemed a little more forgiving. That said, the manager I spoke with was awesome! He was very understanding of the door situation and helped me get in more than once. If it weren't for him, I probably would have given a bad review, but he made the stay easy. Beds were very comfortable. The shower head in the master was wonderful! There is a nice reading nook on the stairs with a wide variety of books if you have the time all of the TV's are logged into different apps, so there is plenty to watch. It was a 1.5 mile drive to the bass theatre and the UT stadium. I would recommend this property. The manager is very available, which makes a huge difference.
