Austin’s North Loop neighborhood is a unique part of town located just northeast of the University of Texas. North Loop’s proximity to the university and mix of eclectic restaurants and shops makes it a popular local hangout among students and campus staff. A funky, pedestrian-friendly stretch of North Loop Boulevard features colorful vintage boutiques, plus record and book stores. There are also easygoing restaurants, stylish bars and a 24/7 coffeehouse. The neighborhood is bordered by freeways and strip-mall heavy thoroughfares.

Getting Around:
The neighborhood is relatively walkable, with several parks, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is also located near several major highways, including I-35 and US-183, making it easy to get around by car.

Important note:
• Kindly note that Bathroom 1, located in the living room, is a half bathroom featuring a toilet only, with no shower or bathtub.
• A $135 security deposit is required for the property, covering the key fob and any damage. It will be refunded after checkout, provided there are no issues.
• The sliding door in the kitchen can be operated with a key; however, the key is not yet available for use. We appreciate your understanding.
• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

Houses look lovely gorgeous . First problem was the alley yes alley to get to house. So then after 10 days of me leaving made up some pictures kept my deposit. Oh yeah sent me a text talking about some one may drop for random checks on the air conditioning so don’t lower it past 73 or 74

We loved this home. The location was ideal, not far from any of the outings we did, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The house appears to be brand new and finished very well. The layout was so good that it felt much more spacious than 1k feet. Covered parking in the yard was ideal too. We’ll absolutely book it again for our next trip to Austin.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Family friendly. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Walkable to lots of coffee shops, pizza, etc. One minor complaint only: no wash cloths were provided for us. Tons of towels though!

Hyde Park Gem

Lovely new construction in beautiful Hyde Park. Walk to restaurants, vintage shopping and bars. Also very assessable to downtown Austin. Would highly recommend.
