Courteous staff, clean room, attentive to requests. You should have bar soap in the room, also a shower cap. You should also have grab bars in the shower as the floor seemed slippery to me. The valet service changed its rules daily - sometimes you could text to get your car and sometimes you had to go downstairs and show your ticket. That was difficult to adjust to as there was no warning that there were different rules on different days.
