This property is insane in the best way. Massive, so many rooms, yet with enough space for all. The court and pool are a huge draw!Also SO much to do with games glaore and of course the theatre. A competitors dream.

Spacious and Quiet

This property was gorgeous and spacious - we had more beds than we needed and it allowed everyone to stretch out and relax after work. Plenty of towels for both the pool and showers. Dishes for all of your needs. Driveway was amazing, plenty spacious for the amount of vehicles we had (9). I loved that there was a commercial dumpster on site - that makes clean up so easy at the end of the stay. The amount of washers/dryers was amazing! No fighting over a spot to do laundry. Plenty of bathrooms. If you plan to stay here I would consider getting 'Off!' it is the country and it does have bugs outside at night. The only problem we had with the property was that it was dirty when we got there. Dishes were all dingy, the fidge had sticky residue in it and the second house had a wad of hair stuck to one of the fridge drawers. The Ice maker had to be cleaned out before use - mildew in the pipes. Counters had crumbs on it. Washing machine had washing powder stuck in the top agitator.

Everything was wonderful! Communications were strong before and during our stay. The team was very helpful! The house was wonderful and well-stocked! I would strongly recommend for a large group gathering or family reunion.

Meeting retreat absolutely beautiful

This property is one of the best that we have been to. It was a great place to have a meeting with the tree at 15 people, all age runs did not feel like we were over top of each other plenty to do outside of the house in the yard the pool the hot tub. Close to many restaurants and Sam's Club to pick up food. Will be contacting them again for next year

Amazing Stay

Chose this property for our company retreat and it was perfect. Having the two houses was very nice and everyone had a great comfortable room. We played pickleball a ton, enjoyed the hot tub, and shared a wonderful weekend. Thank you so much.

Thanksgiving here we come!

We loved the property and it offered so much room for our BIG family. We have an annual pickleball tournament and the kids lived the hot tub, basketball court and movie room. We had plenty of room to cook. The property was very clean and plenty of beds for 30+ family!

July 4th - Family Gathering

The property was very nice and very accommodating for all ages. The only thing that was a bit difficult was the closure of outside activity after 10pm. Being that summer days are long and hot with minimal shade in the backyard, we couldn’t take advantage of the evening much. We were rush to go back in. And being that it was July 4th weekend we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor fireworks. Besides the time regulation, the property was nice for family gatherings and had plenty of rooms for each family member. The house was well equipped. Sincerely, Ann

Absolutely amazing stay!

Our group of 20 had an incredible time at this vacation rental. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any needs. The property was spotless, with beds and bathrooms for every couple, ensuring everyone had their own space and comfort. We had a blast in the game room and on the pickleball courts, which added so much fun to our stay. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. This place exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to book again for another memorable getaway! Highly recommend!

Much to be Desired

While the property was beautiful, with finishes and fittings that would be considered luxury, there were multiple basic issues that had me calling repeatedly for support. Not a job I wanted to take on for a relaxing family event. The hot tub would never heat, the refrigerator ice makers not operating and freezer did not freeze (we lost food because of it), air conditioning was controlled remotely or programmed and the upstairs roomers complained repeatedly of the heat and stuffiness. Worse was the water in the main home had a sewer smell so bad that the guests went to the other home to shower. The pool guy even asked me to add chemicals to the pool (not something I would have minded generally, but I was really annoyed by that time). As lovely and well appointed as these homes are, I would not stay again considering how lacking the basics were maintained. I don’t feel we received the value of what we paid and would not recommend this location if you’re looking for a relaxing, luxury, getaway.

Fabulous House

Work group retreat 2/5/24 - 2/8/24. This rental was absolutely AMAZING! Online pictures do not do this rental justice. Rooms were spacious and there were ample amount of bathrooms. Rental was well stocked with supplies. Plenty of onsite activities (pickleball, basketball, etc., but could use a few board/card games. The only complaints / recommendations my group had were adding outdoor portable heaters for cooler months and a indoor/outdoor speaker system to play music. House was easy to find and even though it is not in the downtown area, we had no trouble with Ubers rides day or night.

Overall beautiful property there a few things to note, particularly keeping in mind the house can sleep roughly 20: Water pressure was a problem when everyone was getting ready in the morning, need more kitchen towels, there was not enough paper towels and just two rolls were delivered, need better pool towels, there should be a note that the property is too remoter Uber, the gate wasting up and twice a member of our group had to climb through the gate in order to open it up, the ice maker broke, the concierge service was not helpful - they wanted four days notice to arrange a car service from the house to the airport; their grocery process was a disaster The house was well appointed a couple of suggestions to make it even better- better quality pool towels, brighter lighting in the bunk house big bath, add hooks to the shower and a trash can in the main area of the bath, better airflow in the bunk room

Highly Recommended

This property is fabulous and we will be coming back. New, well- appointed, extra attention put into design. A rare find in terms of # of good bedrooms (10+) and # of them with ensuite bathrooms. Layout great, owners great. Gets my highest rating and endorsement.
