Entrance under construction, elevators not working, breakfast not offered (they said the lady didn’t show up for work), the equipment in the gym did not work, no salt put down despite the ice storm. And last nights our keys didn’t work and I had to go back down to the desk which was inconvenient bc the elevators weren’t working We selected this hotel for the gym and the complimentary breakfast, and neither was available Additionally, I tried for hours yesterday to contact hotels.com customer service to change our reservation to leave early and could not reach anyone I will not use hotels.com or stay in the hotel again.

Hotel is being refurbished, dated, elevator was down, entrance to the hotel was blocked and water lines being worked on, not much in the immediate area since to drive at least 10 mins to decent choices on restaurants, the back entrance was gated off and had to only use front to drive into. Overall not a terrible stay for price but definitely was expecting more.

There was a water main break. With that being said no water throughout the hotel so we had to check out and we were fully refunded. I will definitely stay there again friendly staff, and good breakfast. Nice clean rooms.

When I came to the front desk to check in, I was informed that the hotel had no running water but would be working in a couple of hours, but the water never came back on. I was told that I could get a refund or credit from Expedia for the inconvenience and since the hotel could not relocate me.

Room smelled. Pillows smelled worse. Dirty. Blood spots on lamp. Hair and slime on phone. Nobody answers at front desk for help concerning this issue or is there in person. Horrible experience. Especially considering I’m here for work and bc no response from front desk, now I’m just stuck with these smelly pillows and room unless I wanna pay for another hotel. Absolutely unacceptable.
