From the photos it looked great.. ac in living room worked but in the bedrooms it all sucked.. the fan is controlled by remote.. but it must’ve all gotten switched bc it didn’t work right for any of the rooms.. didn’t find out til after the trip when everyone was saying their fan was coming on and off in the middle of the night and we can only assume.. none of the ac in the bedrooms worked that’s why everyone was tryin to get the fans on.. it was July in Texas heat.. not fun..talked to the host and they wanted us to close some of the vents in the living room so it can move some air into the bedroom.. the only vents that we saw needed a ladder to get to them .. but there was no air blowing whatsoever not even a lil bit .. so more like it was broke and there’s a clog somewhere .. we were only there for 3 days and had plans already so we couldn’t have anyone stay at the house so they could send someone to fix it .. that should’ve been done before the guest arrive .. we couldn’t use the game room.. the furniture was very flimsy in there and we were too scared to break anything .. even though the side table already looked too wobbly.. the beds upstairs were also very wobbly and flimsy .. don’t even think about moving while you sleep .. we did leave the front door open a tad long on the first day to bring all the groceries in and they try to say that’s why the rooms were hot for 3 long days
 overall the house is nice.. the views were awesome.. but not again for us

The property was perfect for our family's three day celebration. Since the house provided everything we needed and since we do not see each other often, we never left the property. The kitchen was very well stocked (including spices, coffee filters, etc.) but could use a few more wine glasses (2 on site) and the ice maker was on the brink. Other than that, the house was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bath and pool towels were of high quality and soft...not the rough scratchy kind. We felt we were living in the lap of luxury. The photos online are spot on, but did not do the AMAZING view justice. The poolside sunsets were a favorite! We were provided with a guide via scan code which truly answered all of the questions that arose during our stay. All in all, I would highly recommend this property and stay there again if I ever needed a large rental.

This property was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. The house is beautifully designed with plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also cozy enough to feel connected. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the game room made for some fun, low-key nights in. Great communication from the host, smooth check-in, and a truly memorable stay. You will love this place.

Stayed for a family wedding in the area and this place was perfect. The house was even better than the pictures and the view was spectacular. We loved the pool and enjoyed dining outside. The house is well stocked and check in and out was easy. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Book it now!

Fantastic Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and clean, perfect for our large group. We especially enjoyed the pool and patio area – a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views. The game room was a definite plus, keeping everyone entertained. Evenings by the fire pit were a highlight. The location was private and easy to access. Communication with the property managers was excellent; they were always responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to other families looking for a relaxing vacation

Hill Country Dream with a View!

This property exceeded our expectations! Our group had plenty of space to spread out and relax in the comfortable rooms. The game room was a huge hit (that pool table!), but the real star was the outdoor space. We spent hours lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and incredible Hill Country views. Evenings were magical, gathered around the fire pit with drinks and good conversation. The location was perfect - secluded yet an easy drive to Austin. The property managers were fantastic, always responsive and helpful. It was a nice blend of luxury, comfort, and fun, making our trip unforgettable.

Wedding Weekend

We rented this property for the weekend of our daughter‘s wedding. Our friends and family stayed there and absolutely loved it. The space was perfect for a large group. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms and that made the weekend so nice. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating as we had flight cancellations. Our stay was able to be extended an extra night. And they also gave us the option to extend another night. We really appreciated their help. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Perfect venue for our corporate retreat

This property was absolutely perfect for our corporate retreat! The serene hill country views and spacious patio created an inspiring atmosphere for our brainstorming sessions, while the pool area provided great spaces for the team to relax and connect after a productive day. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out or gather as needed.The game room was a fantastic bonus, adding a fun and casual vibe to our evenings. The property management team was incredibly responsive and made sure every detail was taken care of, making the entire experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our retreat and highly recommend this venue for any group gathering!

Family Holiday

We had a ton of fun at this property. We had twelve family members ranging in age from 4 to 90, and there was something for everybody. The kids (and adults) played a ton of pool and air hockey, and we enjoyed roasting smores on the deck, plus great family meals at the large dining rom table. And lots of football watching by some! It is a wonderful property.

A Magical Stay in Hill Country

Our stay at this beautiful home was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease with the serene hill country views and the inviting pool. Exactly what we were looking for!

We booked the house to celebrate our daughter's birthday with some of her closest friends. The house was well situated in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular hill country views. There was plenty of room for the ten of us and many options for entertainment. The games room, especially the pool table and air hockey table, were a great hit! The pool was also a big hit and being able to heat it for one of the days helped to make it more enjoyable for all of us. I appreciate that there were plenty of plates, glasses, chairs, and places to sit for all of us, including a lot of options for outside seating. We reached out to the management team twice during our visit to address a couple of minor things and they were extremely responsive. We had a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking to host a group of family and friends for a long weekend!

Perfect stay at Dakota Mtn

We had a group of friends and family in town and the house and pool were perfect. Close to Austin but just enough privacy out in Dripping Springs. Only comment is that we wished there were more dish towels! Would love to come stay again !
