During our three-night stay, the elevator was out of service, and our room was on the fourth floor, which meant we frequently had to use the stairs. Additionally, there was no housekeeping for our room, so we had to go to the front reception upon our arrival and every day afterward to request clean towels. Unfortunately, the phone at the front desk was never answered.
One employee, Dashanti, was particularly rude. She yelled at me when I inquired about when the elevator would be fixed, and when I asked for towels, she threw them at me. Overall, we experienced very poor customer service from Dashanti, who was unhelpful throughout our stay. This made our time there quite unpleasant, and I would never want to stay at this hotel chain again or recommend it to anyone. This was our first very bad experience, and it will be our last.
