Friendly, helpful staff. Overall good place to stay. Comfortable beds. Only con is they allow pets and our room had a slight dog smell. After you were there for about fifteen minutes you didn’t notice it. But did notice it again after exiting and returning.

The rooms are spacious and very clean . All the staff , bartender etc were very helpful with all your needs during your stay. They also were helpful and knowledgeable about the nearby attractions, wineries and restaurants . The breakfast that was served each morning was plentiful. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Great Stay

This hotel was nice and clean. Staff was AMAZING! My sister and I went up for the weekend the staff was helpful and informative on lettinv us know where to go. Josh was a great bartender my sister enjoyed her drinks and his company watching Football. Yessica was GREAT she provided a lot of useful information. She recommended the Autum Glow festival it was nice. (Pics below) Alot of the wineries were about 5miles from hotel. Hotel was centrally located for everything we did. Definitely stay here! Ill be back in the spring.

My room smelled like wet dog.. my granddaughter is allergic to dog dander and she had sniffled, sneezed, and coughed all weekend. I went to complain about the odor and see if we could change rooms but while waiting to speak to someone at the desk I heard the receptionist tell a man checking in they were booked solid. So I didn’t say anything. Then this morning during breakfast I watched the kitchen lady use her bare hands to pull some stuck fried potatoes from the pan and put them on the breakfast bar. Needless to say I nor my family had any potatoes. Josh the bar tender was very nice in helping me hide cupcakes and presents for a little surprise get together for my brother’s birthday. Very nice young man. Even though we didn’t order any drinks from the bar he was more than willing to help us make our get together a happy one.
