Beautiful views and fresh sea air

The condo unit (villa) has french doors that can be opened wide to let in the wonderful sea breezes. The veranda has great views of the magnificent oceanscape.

Great property

We love staying in these condos! This was a great one. Good layout of the rooms, both of our kids had their own area to sleep in. Patio was awesome, as always (could have used one more tall chair). Had everything you need to enjoy the amenities of the property. Beach stuff, mini golf, tennis rackets and balls
 we had a blast!

This place was absolutely amazing! Host (Lisa) was very communicative and helpful. Hamilton Cove and this unit were wonderful and have everything you'd ever want. Best of all the full 180 degree ocean view can't be beat. Would love to stay here again.

The location and view is everything!

My husband, 2 sons and I had an amazing time. The property was clean and accommodated all of our needs. The view is breathtaking! We had never stayed at Hamilton Cove before and we will definitely be back. There were some hiccups with VRBO but not with the Lisa, the owner, at all. She was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions. Working with Lisa made it all that much more of a wonderful experience. She has a gem of a property!

AWESOME!

Condo was awesome! Location, views, accomodations, ammenities, all as advertised. As we experienced the entire island we could not have gotten better accomodations especially for the price, right on. All well worth it! We had 4 adults and it was perfect. Use of the golf cart made everywhere we went very convenient. Yes, there are stairs but our group had no issues, it was not a concern at all. We had one very minor issue with a faulty fire alarm system beeping noise. The only reason I mention it is to say we contacted the property manager, Lisa, and the problem was rectified immediately. Contact with Lisa for that and check in procedures, etc.. all responses were immediate, Great communication. We are already planning a return trip!

Beautiful Relaxing Stay

Husband and I celebrated our 17yr wedding anniversary here in June. It was our first time at Catalina Island and we absolutely fell in-love with this place. The villa was very spacious for two people and the balcony view was beautiful. We didn't have to leave for dining, we had all of our meals in our villa. The golf cart was fun to ride around town and shop for groceries. Be prepared to climb a lot of steps, although we didn't mind the exercise. Will definitely be returning next year with the kids!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

We came with our two young kids for a end-of-summer getaway and this property was absolutely perfect. Peaceful, amazing views, close to the beach club and the golf cart was KEY. We will definitely book this property next time we visit the island.

A True Blue Beauty

Open the front door and the blue ocean is in view ! This island paradise condo is truly a respite from day to day living. Abundant amenities and a golf cart to use for scooting around to and from Avalon. Need to climb steps in this complex but oh so worthy.

Spacious Condo + Epic View + Golf Cart ='s Amazing Stay!

Lisa was a wonderful host - great communication. The condo was as described, the view is breath taking. Our family enjoyed the comforts of home and all the amazing amenities (pool, hot tub, golf, tennis and the golf cart). The condo is well stocked which allowed us to cook all our meals (the grocery store is close by). We hope to book this condo again, we had an amazing stay!

Wonderful view

My husband and I spend four wonderful nights at Lisa's unit at Hamilton Cove. The view was wonderful - truly 180 degrees of ocean. We saw a pod of dolphins frolicking after a boat one day from the balcony. It was very peaceful and quiet at Hamilton Cove when we were there, midweek before Memorial Day. I don't think we heard any noise at all from the unit. The gym was open, and well outfitted for both free weights and cardio. Lisa's unit was 50 steps down from the top, which took it away from any minor road noise, and 120 steps to the pool/gym area. Building 1 was close to the entrance to the community and made zipping around with the golf cart quick and easy. I think it is the perfect location in Hamilton Cove. Getting there was easy with the ferry and a cab to the unit. Avalon was lovely, lots of cute shops and restaurants. There is a well stocked Von's in town. We had a lovely relaxing break away from everything. We can't wait to return. Thanks Lisa for making your beautiful unit available to us!

Hamilton Cove Gem

This property is amazing. The views are beyond gorgeous. French doors open up to the sea and a patio with table and chairs to sit at and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. The unit was clean and roomy. It offered a bedroom, daybed with trundle and a couch bed. Perfect for a family of 4. All the amenities we needed in the kitchen were there. There was even a bbq on the patio. Lisa was amazing. Her directions to the unit and communication while we were there were great! She even mentioned the front door lock and it’s unique quirk for getting it open. So helpful. This unit is about 40 or so stairs from the road where you’ll find a golf cart to use during your stay. It was so convenient to have this available. There is a closet of beach toys, miniature golf clubs and tennis rackets and more. We enjoyed all the amenities Hamilton Cove had to offer. Gloria the cleaner was also awesome. We met her as we arrived. She left extra blankets and towels for our stay. The town of Avalon is a short golf cart drive away. The unit amazing. Lisa was awesome. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

What a beautiful property with a great view and location. The Golf Cart was a must to get around Avalon and back/forth to Hamilton Cove. Lisa was great to work with and the instructions she gave us were very helpful. Can't wait to come back. Thank you for a great stay!!!
