Where to start, rooms are small, shower is a closet, no lift and 23 steps to the first room floor. We were unable to flush toilets for a day and a half due to a water main issue that affected thebsalt water supply for the sanitation system. We were told any minutebornwithin an hour at least 8 times. We asked to be texted when it was working. We were not notified. When we askednfir thenlast time, the front desk woman looked annoyed and said, yes it's working. We had to go to public buildings to use the restroom. Thebfront room with a balcony was a joke because it was not only abshared balcony but open to anyone in the hitek to use from 9-9 giving access to the eye oevel windows into our room. We had to keep wlthe blinds closed keeping thenroom.dark. Being on the street with older non insulated windows maklde every passer-by, golf cart, vehicle, and garbage truck sound asnif they were in the room. 3am street cleaners andndelivery trucks, 4am street blowers, and 6am island commuters made it easily the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. The toilet thatbran every 45 seconds all night was simply a bonus. Thenisland is a greatbplace to relax whichbis why we have been andozen times but, I would not recommend this Inn. It has no amenities, no peace, no heart, and a bad vibe.

The check in was poor, at 4 pm instead of the standard 3 pm. The property did not let us check in 30 minutes before due to an issue with toilet water that was not available to flush the toilet but let us check in anyway at 4 pm without fixing the toilet water even hours after we checked in. No incentive was provided to us for the inconvenience we had to go through.

Simple room - perfect for a quick trip to Catalina. About a 10 minute walk from the Ferry and close to multiple restaurants, coffee, bar and beer garden. Would come back again for the price and location.

What a disaster. I chose this place for my wife’s birthday and anniversary, and was disgusted. For the price, you would hope you wouldn’t find the prior tenet’s trash in the room, sand in the sheets, and a working toilet. Yes, the toilet in the room did not work. Their solution, take water out of the sink and fill the toilet in order to flush it. Be warned the rooms are disgusting. We paid extra for a balcony and ocean view. The balcony was covered in bird poop and the view was obscured by apartments and rooftops. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. We had friends that reserved an AirBnB, and we ended up hanging out with them. Do your research, and stay somewhere else!!

The shower was so small that I am 5 ft and was uncomfortable to even wash your hair, I even hit my head on a shelf that was located in a corner for storage (no space to even move around). The check in is at 4pm and that is inconvenient and you don’t know that information prior you doing your booking. The room is extremely noisy, the shutters filter so much light tha you wake up at soon the sun is out, the coffeemaker was clock and ended spray hot coffe all over. The carpet has dirty stains and around looks dirty too.
