Amazing lobby staffed by amazing people. Very clean hotel. Room pretty small but really was just right. Just a short walk from the ferry dock and the beach. Great restaurants with in walking distance.

Had some hic-ups checking in using the Hinton app. Needed to go to the front desk to get my credit card updated. The woman who checked us in was extremely polite and helpful. Our room was spotless, bed was extremely comfortable. The landscape of the property was really well done as well as a picturesque waterfall structure in view for the people to enjoy from the dining area.

Super nice front desk. Received text from hotel the day before arrival providing details for luggage service at the ferry. Nice bathroom. Clean room. Beautiful building and great location. Only reason I did not give 5 stars. Is because the carpet just is not super clean looking. Appears time for near carpets which can be a turn off.
