The house was originally built and rented as a duplex. To make it more comfortable
for extended families we changed the description. It is now a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house
with 2 kitchens, living rooms and a large upper deck. And 1 golf cart that seats 6.

This comfortable, Well-appointed Duplex is close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Perfect family getaway one block from all Catalina has to offer.

Per city ordinance, quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. Children must never be left without adults on deck. Overnight street parking gets tickets.
Be sure the golf cart is returned to it's reserved spot between 11 PM-6 AM. Replace fuel used. Maximum weight on cart 800 lbs.
Do not use the driveway next door for any reason.
