The open-concept kitchen encourages socializing while cooking, equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and a dining table for shared meals. A washing machine adds extra convenience for longer stays.

The bedroom is thoughtfully designed with modern decor, featuring a comfortable queen bed and plenty of storage space to keep everything organized.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Vera Cruz, a charming neighbourhood in Aveiro, offers visitors a mix of cultural heritage and modern attractions. Located near the city's famous canals, it provides easy access to the picturesque Moliceiro boat rides that showcase Aveiro’s "Venice of Portugal" charm. The area is also home to historic sites such as the Igreja de Vera Cruz, a beautiful church reflecting the region’s rich architectural history. Strolling through its lively streets, visitors can explore local cafés, artisan shops, and traditional bakeries serving the famous "ovos moles", a signature sweet of Aveiro.

Nature lovers can enjoy the nearby salt pans, where they can learn about Aveiro’s centuries-old salt production and spot local birdlife, including flamingos. The neighbourhood is also close to the bustling Forum Aveiro shopping centre, offering a mix of retail, dining, and entertainment. Whether discovering cultural landmarks, indulging in local cuisine, or taking in scenic waterfront views, Vera Cruz provides an authentic and vibrant experience in Aveiro.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Aveiro station, is just a 20-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 60-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
