Every thing was wonderful. The rooms were clean and breakfast was great. A good variety of selections. Hotel was easy to find and a convient location to be able to visit all of the sights within walking distance.

Unfortunately girl at reception very unwelcoming on our arrival. Avignon was our first stop in the South of France and we were quite taken aback by her total disinterest. Property has many steps so if travelling with big luggage or have mobility issues please be aware. Even room accesible by the lift have some stairs to access. Steps down into hotel lobby as well. Room was small but clean and functional. However initial staff member totally marred our experience. Thankfully other staff we dealt with were polite and lovely. Breakfast very limited, not recommended to have included. Location is great right on Rue Republique.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Palace of the Popes, with many restaurants nearby. My room was spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly. However, the toilet tank leaked and flushed automatically every few minutes throughout my three-night stay. Despite reporting it on the first day, it was not fixed until I checked out. There were also mosquitoes or other insects in the room, and I ended up with multiple bites on my forehead and ankles.

Large bedroom - 46 on second floor. Lift helpful due to mobility issues. The location is utterly perfect - half way from station to Palace of Popes on the same road. Loads of restaurants around. Maybe breakfast a bit expensive -€14 per person. For cost per night it can’t be beaten
