Cava Grande, a nature reserve since 1984 located just 2 km from the villa, represents the most spectacular scenery of the Iblei mountains, where the crystal-clear Cassibile River, the Ancient Cacyparis, flows, forming 'little lakes' called Nache. Electricity is free up to a consumption of KW 100 , which is generally not exceeded if you take care to turn off the air conditioners when you are away from home. The difference (calculated with a special meter .) will be charged at the current market price.

A visitor's tax of € 2 per person per day is payable, excluding children under the age of 12. The tourist tax is only payable for the first week of stay.
