An exclusive residence overlooking the sea of Avola, near Syracuse. Mare Dentro enjoys a splendid seafront location with private access to the cliff and the sea and is just over 100 metres from a beautiful sandy beach that can be comfortably reached on foot. The newly-built villa has a solarium with hot tub and large terrace with garden furniture that offers an enchanting view of the Avola coastline. The welcoming and well-divided interiors include a bright and open-space living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a smaller bedroom with two beds and a third bathroom, also with shower. The residence boasts the best amenities such as A/C and heating in all rooms, Wi-Fi, two TVs, washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ and outdoor shower. Mare Dentro is also an excellent base for exploring the wonderful territory of eastern Sicily. Not to miss are the Cavagrande del Cassibile Reserve, the Vendicari Oasis, the characteristic villages of Calabernardo and Marzamemi, the evocative baroque towns of the Val di Noto, along with Syracuse, Catania and Taormina. Mare Dentro can be rented independently or together with the “Montalbano Suite” annex.
