Located in south-eastern Sicily, near Noto, Petite Afrique is a beautiful and comfortable villa with private pool. In a splendid panoramic position, this exclusive residence juts out over the surrounding landscape, offering enchanting views of the countryside and sea. Surrounded by a well-kept, lush Mediterranean garden, the villa boasts a splendid swimming pool with solarium and several outdoor spaces, some of which offer shade, ideal for a lovely and relaxing stay. The well-maintained and cosy interiors extend over a single level and include a large living room with lounge area, dining area and kitchen, plus a double bedroom (with 160x200-cm bed), bathroom with shower, and patio. Adjacent to the living area, but with access from the outside, are two additional rooms – one double (with 160x190-cm bed) and one double/twin (with 160 or 180x190-cm beds), both with bathroom with shower, and patio. The villa has air-conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi Internet, Smart TV, a Hi-Fi system, washing machine and dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, American coffee maker, ice machine, outdoor shower and private parking. But Petite Afrique is likewise an excellent starting point for conveniently reaching the nearby historic town of Noto and the most beautiful beaches of south-eastern Sicily by car. Also nearby are Syracuse, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero and the Vendicari Nature Reserve.
