Studio très propre avec kitchenette plaques vitro, frigo, lave vaisselle, balcon,salle de bain avec baignoire et toilettes séparées. Penser à apporter ses propres produits de nettoyage.

Excellent chalet

Le personnel est très sympas et accueillant. L’appartement de 4pers dispose d’une kitchenette ( lave vaisselle, micro onde, mini frigo ...), d’une douche et de toilette séparé. Après une journée de ski, rien de mieux que d’aller se détendre au jaccuzi, sauna, hamman. A savoir que la première scéance de hamman et de sauna est gratuite et les autres sont payantes ( pas cher ). A noté vaut mieux y aller de bonne heure car ces activités sont trés courtoisées. Un petit train passe devant, il fait la navette jusqu’à la gare et passe devant les télécabines. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous recommandons.

Hôtel propre et confortable

L'hôtel est très bien, un peu excentré du centre d'Ax, mais ce n'est pas gênant.

Week-end plus que décevant

Un logement très bien chauffé mais un confort sur un canapé lit médiocre, le linge de lit est très léger, deux nuits passées où la première où des enfants courent à des heures non adaptées et la deuxième nuit un attroupement de jeunes faisant la fête toute la nuit un GROS MANQUE DE RESPECT ET DE CIVISME !!! J'espère que ces derniers seront sanctionnés et pas impunis de leurs débordement car mon week-end fut vraiment détestable à cause de ça et mon manque de confort et repos!

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Pros: L'emplacement, le service de location des équipement de ski.
Cons: Le prix de la wifi qui est excessivement chère l’accès au jacuzzi qui est très court
Location: Très bien situé et très calme avec tous les commerce à 5 minutes à pieds ainsi que les télécabine.
Emplacement de l’hôtel correct, les équipements sont bien sur le papier mes les prestations reste à revoir. J'ai signaler qu'il nous manquer des couverts et la réponse à été désolé mes l'ont ne refait pas l’appoint lorsqu'il y a des manques (2 petites cuillères, 3 couteaux...) pour six personnes. Nous avons eu une fuite d'eau au niveau du lave-vaisselle et la réponse que l'on ma donner à été "je n'ai pas le temps de m'en occuper donc il faut l’arrêter pour la semaine). Au pris que l'on paye je trouve ça déplacer de la part du personnel. Lors de la réservations, nous avions préciser que avions besoin d'un lit bébé. Nous avons même téléphoner 6 jours avant notre arriver que nous avions besoin du lit bébé. On nous a dit que tous été "OK". Le jours de l'arriver on nous a annoncer qu'il n'avait pas de lit bébé a nous louer par manque de lit. Après discutions (2 heures) une solution à été trouver. Je trouve cela dommage car nous avions pourtant anticiper. La porte de notre chambre qui ne fallait pas toucher par risque de tomber et personne pour nous la réparrer.
