The room was spotless. Reception was good, and had no issues at all. Had a meal in restaurant. Meal was superb and the young young staff member that served us was efficient and curtious. Breakfast was also good. Overall experience was great. Been a long time since i used this hotel. Would have no issues booking again.

The room was spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful and efficient. Fantastic location. Close to the town and the beach but nice and quiet too. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Staff at buffet breakfast were lovely, very helpful and eager to please. Parking facilities were behind the hotel and a reasonable charge.

Rooms could do with being refreshed as shower was damaged and there were no plug sockets next to the bed. Had to ask for an extension lead as i have medical equipment i need to pkug in next to the bed. Receptionists were both lovely, helpful and accommodating.

Staff will rude hotel full of immigrants, advertised as having a pool and spa non-existent breakfast advertised as part of the cost of the room this was chargeable but this is probably or possibly and hotels.com issue rather than the hotel

This is a 3 star hotel so i wasn't expecting much, however on one occasion one of my bath towels was dirty. At breakfast time on the day of leaving there was very little for breakfast, I got the last sausage and when my husband went up all he came back with was beans and a fried egg. This is unacceptable especially when we paid for the breakfast. I know it said free but when we added breakfast the price jumped up by £80.00. Also not happy to pay for parking my car especially as I am registered disabled. All in all I wont be coming back
