Staff were friendly, bar area nice, breakfast good. Room was un-clean - dust everywhere, pieces of plastic bag and clothes tags on the floor, freeze dried coffee melted into the carpet and up the wall, bed side table had "sticky remnants" on. No teaspoon in the room for making drinks.

Nice Hotel close to town centre, good breakfast, room ok toilet seat broken but was dealt with( nx day).... public toilets nx to restaura nt were not the best had to enter 3 before I found one that was clean , however found the staff very friendly & helpfull.

wish we had stayed longer

This was the first time we had visited ayr and stopped in this hotel, we were certainly not dissapointed. We are even planning to come back next year. The hotel was beautiful and met every expectations and more. The view was lovley and staff were helpful and also room service was great!!
