A few changes could make such a difference....!

Pros: Parking, location.
Cons: Electrics dangerous loose words loose lights....! Open reception...! Communication better between staff. One lady said tv would be fixed but not.
Location: Buses near, supermarket across the road handy. Parking good. Near to main town.
One super lady, rest of the staff were awful. Some seemed not to speak either german or English.....! Reception was not open when it should be and the phone number given when closed was not answered. Room. Broken shower door, broken toilet flush. Took 2 days to fix tv. Room service non exsistant. Asked several times for soap and clean towels....! Poor communication between staff, meant nothing was fixed. Nobody seemed to care. The one good lady should have a pay rise as she was great. Dangerous wiring. Frustrating stay.
