The "Ferienwohnung Bachem mit Balkon" is a very bright and cozy apartment with a beautiful view of the greenery, vineyards and the sky. Due to its location in a traffic-calmed zone, it is very quiet. It is on the 1st floor and has been lovingly renovated, converted and adapted to the needs of a vacation apartment. The balcony faces south.

For structural reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to rent to families with small children.

The house has a total of three apartments. The first and second floors are vacation apartments. The landlords live on the first floor. The house is located in the middle of the village in a traffic-calmed zone.

Welcome to the vacation apartment Bachem an der Ahr, in the village are a bakery, a restaurant with kitchen and good home cooking. The playground is a 2-minute walk away. You can reach the vineyards and the Bachem valley in 5 minutes on foot. The path to the Ahr is 2 minutes. The walk to the historic town center of Ahrweiler with medieval town wall, beautiful pedestrian zone and market square, good shopping, restaurants and cafes, takes about 15 minutes. Bad Neuenahr shopping facilities, restaurants, casino, climbing forest. The Ahr Valley can be explored on foot or by bike via the Red Wine Hiking Trail and the Ahrsteig. Arrival by car via highway 61, exit Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. By plane via Cologne/Bonn Airport By train from Cologne or Koblenz via Remagen to Ahrweiler station.
