Kurhotel war schon mal besser

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit guter Anbindung zur Frankentherme. Abendbuffet recht gut. Leider war am letzten Tag eine sehr grosse (50 bis 100 Personen) zählende Kneipensportmanschaft (Dart) angereist die entsprechend weitgehend ungestört bis mindestens 1 Uhr nachts direkt am Hotel laut Krach gemacht haben. Die Polizei hat die laute Musik auf dem Nachbarparkplatz zwar ab 22:30 unterbunden dafür wurde dann aber am Hoteleingang laut geredet und gelacht, und der massive Zigarettenqualm kam im Zimmer 2. Stock noch sehr intensiv an. Wenn sowas uneingeschränkt geduldet wird frage ich warum die normalen Gäste diverse Vorschriften befolgen müssen.

Wir waren das 5. mal in diesem Hotel und sind nach wie vor sehr zufrieden. Vom Personal über Bademantelgang zur Therme und natürlich ein hervorragendes Frühstück! Sehr zu empfehlen. Was vielleicht mal zu ändern ist sind die Teppichböden im Zimmer

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen aber in Ordnung für eine Nacht. Es kommen Gebühren für den Early Check in sowie für die Bademantelnutzung in top. Das Frühstück dürfte mehr Vielfalt haben und die Auswahl an Kaffeehaltige Getränke ist mit einer Kanne Kaffee zu wenig

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, was schön wäre, wenn ein Wasserkocher für Tee auf dem Zimmer stehen würde. Essen sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich, von den Reinigungskräften, Restaurant bis zur Rezeption. Alle zuvor kommend, sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
