We are in the village called Anfiteatro degli Oleandri in the Baia delle Mimose area.
The apartment is a two-room apartment (40 square meters) with max 4 beds, composed of a bathroom with shower, an air-conditioned double bedroom and an air-conditioned living room, a double sofa bed and a kitchenette. The living room leads to the veranda and the private garden that overlooks the pool. The bedroom leads to another private garden.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts:
• washing machine, hair dryer, hair straightener
• refrigerator, induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, complete kitchen equipment
• summer / winter air conditioning in the living room and bedroom

HOUSE RULES:

The swimming pool inside the Oleander Amphitheater, with the presence of a lifeguard, is for the exclusive use of the guests of the village.

In any case you will be contacted by the Head of the check-in who will help you reach the Baia delle Mimose and will follow you throughout your stay. A copy of your identification documents will be given to the check-in manager.

Great location

This is a compact but really well presented apartment. Well supplied kitchen, there was nothing I wanted that wasn’t available. A good BBQ to use, having beach umbrella available was also a bonus. But the main feature of this apartment was the location, 30 second walk to the swimming pool and 2 minute walk to a lovely beach where you can watch a spectacular sunset. We had a lovely family holiday here. Only downside was lots of mosquitos.

Great stay, great host!

We had a fantastic stay at the appartement. The apparement is very well equipped and lovely decorated. The surrounding village is really nice, especially for children. But what made our holiday really special was the beautiful beach, that is only a 2 min walk away - and host Antonio, who has thought of everything, makes you feel welcome from the start and helps you out immediately whenever there is a question.

Abbiamo alloggiato dal 13 al 24 agosto nell'appartamento del signor Adriano .un'appartamenro nuovissimo adatto a coppie con bambini vicinissimo al mare.unica "pecca" non aver potuto godere la veranda fronte piscina in quanto ancora non provvista di tenda ripara sole ...per il resto era tutto a "portata di mare "per noi che lo amiamo molto, era quello che cercavamo.casa pulita e accogliente. Adriano è stato disponibile su tutto . Grazie ancora Adriano

great stay - "luxe, calme et voluptée"

We had a great experience by Adriano's place for the different and following reasons: - first of all, the flat is very nicely decorated, and well-equiped (A/C, fully equiped-kitchen / hifi / tv's / wifi / washing machine for the clothes...) and very clean - second the location is perfect : the flat is in a little compound and the flat, on the ground floor, 40 m from a huge swimming pool, not very deep (perfect for swimming and for the children), and next to the beach. - the compound is calm, no problem occured at night like in other busy places. It seemed to me that most people had their secondary house there. - last but not least, Adriano has always been reactive to help whenever we had a question, or a little issue to solve. The compound is 5 minutes by car from Badesi where you find cafés, a good supermarket, anything you need. The northem entry of the town, is by the way, not too touristic and you can share a drink with locals, without being surrounded by tourists. A very nice experience. Bertrand
