Although the property was clean, there were little to no ammenities. There was a place to hang clothes, but no hangers, there was "do not disturb" signs for the door. There was no hand towels and when I asked about this I was told what I saw was what I got. There was no hair dryer and very minimal toiletries, shampoo but no conditioner. Because I had dogs I thought they would put me on the bottom floor and when they didn't and I asked for a bottom floor room, I was told by the same person that they could not do this, I had to go through Expedia again and change my reservation. Places for dog relief were satisfactory. Needless to say I will not be using their facility again.

Bare bones… awful service

Rude awful scammers. Wanted to charge me 250 dep for my figs when the lady next door had three dogs and no deposit! It’s an extended stay that doesn’t give pots, pans. Silverware, coffee, cups… NOTHING!!!I left and didn’t spend the night. Never got my deposit back. Place smelled. My window was open in my room and lumpy mattress. Bars hotel, no amenities. The fees cost more than the rooms. Worse place ever!!!!

This room was a much needed stay after a long journey to Bakersfield. My only vice was that there was no personal coffee in the room, nor did I see any set up in the lobby.

This hotel is a joke! They don't clean your room unless you stay 2 weeks and if it's less than 2 weeks and you request housekeeping they charge $40 everytime they clean your room. It gets better, if you want towels or linen changed you have to take it downstairs yourself and they count the towels and give you the same amount of towels you turn in, how ghetto and tacky is that! If you want to be treated like a criminal stay here. If i could give them zero stars I would. This tape of behavior should be advertised before people stay here.

Be prepared and it's a good room

Definitely a different kinda hotel experience, that being said for the price it was clean, the neighborhood seemed safe, it's close to the airport and 99 freeway. The shower water was hot and pressure was good. The bed was a cheap firm mattress. Now for the different part. They only give 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. No hand towels. If you want extra towels you have to exchange the used ones for clean ones. It has a full size refrigerator and stove top however no utensils, not even any paper towels. No coffee pot or blow dryer in the room. The pillows are more like throw pillow (very small). The fragrance of the cleaning solution was very strong in the hallways and room. All in all it's a good stay if you're prepared for what they don't offer and their weird rules. I have stayed in many cheap hotels and if I'm comparing them this would win by a landslide. What can you really ask for in a room that under $100 a night.
